This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Some items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are also not accepted on doors, door panels, or door skins. Defective items will be replaced with a new item, unless it has since become discontinued and is no longer in stock. Installed merchandise is considered to be any item removed from the packaging and connected to the appliance, even if only for a second. Returns are not accepted on installed merchandise. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If such a charge is necessary, you will be contacted by one of our parts pros prior to the item being shipped. Orders are shipped with a flat rate charge but large or heavy items are subject to an increased freight charge.

Orders placed between 3:00pm-5:00pm Eastern time - In stock items have a good chance of shipping same day but cannot be guaranteed. Orders placed by 3:00pm Eastern time - In stock items will always ship the same business day (Monday-Friday).
